Welcome to the official website of the NSW Government Gazette. The Gazette is the permanent public record of official NSW Government, local council, non-government and other notices where a requirement exists in NSW legislation that the notice be published in the Gazette.

End-of-year publication arrangements
PCO will observe the end-of-year closedown period from Friday, 20 December 2024 to Monday, 6 January 2025. The last standard publication of Gazettes for 2024 will be on the morning of Friday, 13 December 2024, following the final Executive Council meeting for 2024 earlier that week. The first standard publication for 2025 will be on Friday, 10 January 2025. The deadline for Gazette notice lodgement remains the same.
To discuss urgent publication between 14 December 2024 and 9 January 2025, have your executive director contact the Parliamentary Counsel by email. Please provide as much advance notice as possible.
Website features and feedback
This website has been developed in-house by the Parliamentary Counsel's Office with the assistance of the Department of Customer Service. The website provides security and management capability of notices lodged and gazettes, while keeping many of the resources and lodgement processes the same as previously experienced. Gazette accounts managed through MFA
Gazette website accounts are now accessed by a password and one-time passcode (OTP), allowing for greater security for users, their lodgements and the gazette process through multi-factor authentication.
Update: Set your own password
After logging in, you can now set your own password. Select 'My Actions' and then 'My Actions home', then choose 'Update password' in the side menu. Enter in a password that meets the requirements in each field, then click the red button to save your changes.
